Mission Statement:
To assist our clinical partners in achieving top quality healthcare delivery by operating a consistent, process-driven supply chain, to ensure the right supplies and equipment are delivered to the right place at the right time.
SCMS provides Logistics and Supply Chain Management support to clinical and administrative services and facilities including CBOCs and other programs throughout ECHCS, VBA, NCA and other VA organizations. This includes all consumable medical supplies, equipment lifecycle management service, purchasing, inventory management, contract management, warehouse receiving, deliveries/pickups of new/turned-in equipment and mail and reproduction service.
